Hello all! I'm currently starting work on a new album that should be out Fall of this year (2009). The title will be "30 Days". I've been working hard at booking more shows so expect to see me out at a bunch more places.

Hey there... are you still gonna do the contest next monday?
I don't disagree with you about bars asking people to play for free...
However in the attempt to get live music up and ALIVE in a local pub is a daunting task. Having the open stage and contest at least give some performers a chance at having a bigger audience to see them and possible make the venue a "Go to" venue for live music. At least that is what I am trying to do. Any suggestions to make that happen is ALWAY welcome.

Bravo to you dude for telling something honest to people that would try to take an advantge of musicians like this. One thing that they should also understand that you are not so much as saying is the fact that they are raking in cash for the alcohol as a result of the musicians, and their entourage. Coming from a situation where this sort of hits home I can say one thing --- amen! The bozo had the gall to pay the rest of the band, with exception of the singer?!? (Can U believe?) No bigger lack of respect, right? Had to walk away from him before I did something to land me in the local jail cell.
